Some people love their home warranty company, some hate theirs, some don’t use one and don’t care!

This series of “Need to Know” blogs will go over a lot of helpful facts and information that you might want to know about when it comes to plumbing, plumbing companies, and all those questions you think to ask after already booking the call or just after the plumber left your house.

Here at Next Level Plumbing we get all sorts of calls with plumbing problems and concerns. Some of these calls can get a bit complicated for the plumber to deal with. Home warranty companies are just one example of complications that can be unexpected for the customer and tricky to navigate for the plumber.

Next Level Plumbing DOES work with some home warranty companies, but unfortunately we don’t work with ALL of them.

Want a helpful tip to help the process along when it comes to home warranties!?

If you have a plumbing problem, and are using a home warranty company GIVE THEM A CALL FIRST and find out what parameters they work within BEFORE calling a plumber out. This will make the process much smoother for all parties involved!

Questions to Ask Your Home Warranty Company:

  • Can I use my own plumber, or do I have to use a specific one that the home warranty company prefers?
  • How does the approval process for the work happen?
  • Can they pay with a credit card once the job is complete, or do they only accept billing?
