We Are About to Head into the New Year 2019!
2018 was a good year in a lot of ways for us at Next Level Plumbing. It was our first full year in business which is the first step in what we hope to be a long journey here at Next Level Plumbing. During 2018 we had a lot of new customers try us out and find out they loved us, which is a great feeling for us. We made a lot of good relationships with our customers, and met some really cool people!
So as we wrap up 2018 in the next few days, we are looking forward to 2019 and what it will bring. Many people make their New Year’s resolutions each year and then break them. That is always the joke, but it is often true. There are however a few individuals who really make a change at that time, and they go on to be exceptional in what they chose to change.
The name of the company indicates a journey. We are always striving to bring every part of the business to the next level. And when we do in one area, we then focus on bringing that area to the following next level. It is a goal that never arrives but always strives to be better.
This year in 2019 one of our goals is to increase our reviews online.
Google reviews are the most important to us because they help the Google matrix system see that we are liked and relevant. But it is not only Google we want reviews in! Facebook, Yelp, HomeAdvisor, etc. all help us.
Reviews about your individual experience help others to get a picture of what their experience will be if they choose us. This is why it is the most powerful tool to find new customers, and why it is a big goal for us.
Our goal is to get 100 Google reviews by the end of 2019. At the time of writing, we currently have 21.
2019 is also a year that we will be streamlining our business behind the scenes so that we can run as smoothly as possible and be ready to put another truck on the road when that is able to happen.
And of course, just as we did from our start and on through 2018, our everyday goal is to strive to do our best to make sure every customer is happy with their entire experience with Next Level Plumbing.
